Exploring Research: An Agenda for Vertebral Subluxation Research

In a new video series, I will be presenting research papers I find interesting in a presentation format. I used to redesign lecture slides for faculty at my undergraduate school and created Brainslides.com as a way to share design and presentation tips with educators.

As a proof of concept, and an exercise in reading research and designing presentations, I will periodically produce videos of me presenting a research paper via a Keynote presentation.

First up is a paper by Drs. Matthew McCoy and Christopher Kent of The Foundation for Vertebral Subluxation Research. Their August 2013 paper called Vertebral Subluxation Research: An Agenda to Explore the Epidemiology of Vertebral Subluxation and the Clinical Outcomes Related to Management outlines 5 goals for the future of chiropractic research. I think they've done an excellent job outlining the key questions that remain to be answered and developing a promising roadmap to accomplish their goals.

Be sure to visit The Annals of Vertebral Subluxation Research to download the full paper.

Please share your comments about the video - my interpretation of the paper and slide design - below or on my YouTube channel.

Share it with your friends and classmates and follow me on Facebook and Twitter!
